Burk – Broadwater

The Burke Fuel project involved the full refurbishment and upgrade of a disused service station site in Broadwater, transforming it into a modern, fully operational retail and fuel facility. Works included the redevelopment of the retail shop, complete forecourt reconstruction, and extensive improvements to the building façade and site layout.
Prosser Built managed the project through to completion, coordinating civil, structural, and fit-out components to meet contemporary safety and branding standards. The result is a revitalised, high-quality service station ready to reopen and serve the Broadwater community.
