Picton East Industrial – Stage 1

Stage 1 of the Picton East Industrial development comprised the construction of a premium tilt-panel and steel-frame building, incorporating a modern office, workshop, and extensive hardstand areas suited to light industrial operations. The design blends functionality with architectural character, featuring striking rammed earth walls that provide a natural aesthetic and thermal performance.
Prosser Built managed the project from concept through to completion, delivering a robust and visually distinctive facility tailored to the operational needs of local industry. The outcome showcases Prosser Built’s capability in combining practical industrial construction with refined design detail in the expanding Picton East precinct.
