Prosser Built offers a complete design + construct service throughout Bunbury and the South West. Through early contractor involvement (ECI) with your chosen Architect or full design + construct (D+C) teaming with its local trusted network of consultants to make your project flow easier. The service typically extends from initial site investigation, into design, full working drawings, engineering, cost planning, through construction to completion with local authority approvals.

Step 2

Project Proposal

For a small initial fee, we work with our designers to provide a building proposal based on our experience to create the project that best suits your requirements. At this stage, we provide a high level cost plan so you better understand the proposed cost of the development.

Step 3

Design Development

Following the agreement of the Project Proposal, we charge a fee for our experienced consultant team to undertake full design documentation. This fee will be included in the proposed Design and Construct contract, with the design forming the first portion. We take care of everything from architectural drawings, structural engineering, BAL assessment, energy efficiency, through to certificate of design compliance.

Step 4

Final Costing

We firm up and finalise costing for the build by obtaining competitive pricing from our team of experienced and local subcontractors & suppliers. We then provide a fixed lump sum price for the build with the intent that this is in line with the initial cost plan. Should it meet expectations, we then proceed through to the construction portion of the Design and Construct contract

Step 5

Construction

his is the part we love! You get to experience a stress-free construction phase with one point of contact, personal service, quality control through daily site visits and a hands-on approach. We limit our number of projects to ensure they get the attention required to ensure build time frames and build quality are maintained.

Step 6

Completion and Warranty

On completion, we’ll cover a final inspection, handover of O+M Manuals and you’ll have the peace of mind that we’re only a phone call away in the event of any post-build issues. These time frames may vary depending on your contract.
